First Wing Jet Center Named Top Midwest FBO by AIN’s Pilot Survey

First Wing Jet Center, the fixed-base operator (FBO) at Indianapolis Executive Airport in Zionsville, IN (TYQ), was just named one of the Midwest’s Top FBOs in Aviation International News’ (AIN) 2020 Pilot Survey. This is the first time First Wing has appeared on the prestigious list.

Throughout 2019, AIN asked pilots to update and give new ratings for FBOs they had visited in the preceding 12 months. The survey asked them to evaluate FBOs they visited the previous year in five categories: line service; passenger amenities; pilot amenities; facilities; and customer service representatives (CSRs).

“This is an awesome honor because the ratings come from our customers,” said Sean White, VP and General Manager of First Wing Jet Center. “I’m honestly so proud of my team, because they made this happen. We are proud of the work we do and are confident we’ll get through this challenging time. In the meantime, we’ll continue to serve our customers in the same way we always have to earn this honor.”

First Wing Jet Center serves the private and general aviation needs for Boone, Hamilton, Marion and Clinton Counties. In addition to Indianapolis Executive Airport, they serve as the primary FBO for the Frankfort / Clinton County Municipal Airport (FKR) in Frankfort, Ind.
