Health Insurance & Benefits

Our Jet Access Team Members have the opportunity to choose from three different health care plan options, a High or Low deductible PPO Plan, or an HSA eligible High Deductible Health Plan. Additionally, we offer a Flexible Spending Account or Health Savings Account that can offer you tax advantages to your health care spending when paired with an eligible health plan, as well as dental and vision options to cover all your health care needs.  

Jet Access also provides an Employee Assistance Program, Short and Long Term disability coverage, and $25,000 Life and AD&D Insurance at no cost to our Team Members, with additional voluntary Group Life Insurance available.

At Jet Access, we understand that life happens, and accidents take place. Supplemental Insurance is available to assist our Jet Access Employees to help with out of pocket expenses. Our Aflac Benefits will help cover initial accident treatment, hospitalization, aftercare, life-changing events, and critical illness.

Your retirement goals matter.  Here at Jet Access we offer a robust 401(k) Plan with a generous company match to your investment in your future. Jet Access Team Members can select from a comprehensive variety of investment options and roll over any eligible funds from a prior employer. Eligible portions of your plan funds are also available for Hardship Distribution or loans if the need should arise.


Personal growth matters here at Jet Access, we value your interest in continuing education to grow in your career. Aviation related courses or any position within the Jet Access Company (for your current position or for internal career growth) is eligible for 100% tuition reimbursement. We will work with any accredited College that fits within the desired career growth.

It is important for our Jet Access Team Members to have career growth opportunities.  We offer the ability to flourish within the company and encourage our Team Members to seek out internal opportunities for growth and development. Being in every vertical in aviation we strive to implement pathways for our employees to grow within their current vertical or in any area of Aviation they choose!  Our Certified Flight Instructor, Mentorship Program is a great example of how we allow our certified flight instructors the opportunity to be mentored by a Jet Access Pilot while working toward their eligibility to flow through to a Jet Pilot position. This program allows our certified flight instructors the one-on-one time to learn and grow while building their hours to become a Jet Access Pilot.
