Jet Access – Indianapolis Executive Airport (TYQ) has been named one of the world’s “Top FBOs” in Aviation International News’ (AIN) 2024 FBO Survey. This is the fifth consecutive year Jet Access – Indy Exec has appeared on the prestigious list.
Throughout 2023, AIN asked pilots and customers to update and give new ratings for FBOs they had visited in the preceding 12 months. The survey asked them to evaluate FBOs they visited the previous year in five categories: line service; passenger amenities; pilot amenities; facilities; and customer service representatives (CSRs).
“Being on the Top FBO list is a testament to the strong customer service culture and focus on excellence from the entire team,” said Sean White, EVP of FBO Development. “I’m really proud of everyone and so excited to get to share the news. Attaining this honor is a result of surveys received by customers and ranks the FBO in a number of ways, thus truly reflects a comprehensive team effort.”
