The Eagle Creek Family of Companies is celebrating a milestone year in Phenom maintenance and service at its Embraer Authorized Service Center at Eagle Creek Aviation at EYE (Indianapolis, Ind.)
The company has completed fourteen 120-month / 10-year inspections on Phenom 100 aircraft and the first two 10-year inspections on Phenom 300s, while accomplishing the landing gear overhauls due at the same interval.
The company has completed more than 75 ADS-B installations on Phenom 100 and 300 aircraft, completing 25 in 2019 alone. Additionally, they have already presold a number of G1000 NXi integrated flight deck upgrades, scheduled to begin in early 2020.
“Aviation is a business based on strong personal relationships. We are very proud to boast a long-standing relationship with Embraer, their senior management and key support staff, having been directly involved in the design of the first Phenoms more than 13 years ago, even before their introduction into the U.S. market,” said Eagle Creek Aviation Founder and CEO Matt Hagans.
“We know these planes inside and out and have been leading the market on both the mandated items, including ADS-B, landing gear overhauls and the large 120-month Phenom inspections, but also system upgrades and refurbishment,” he said. “We treat each aircraft as if it was our own, and our customers have confidence in us to complete service on-time and on-budget.”
As a leader in Phenom service and upgrades, Eagle Creek Aviation is an award-winning Garmin Service Center, Gogo Business Aviation dealer, multi-year FAA Diamond Award of Excellence recipient and an International Aircraft Dealers Association (IADA) accredited dealer and broker with nearly four decades of service.
“I’ve been sending Phenoms to Eagle Creek since 2010 for several reasons: one, [they have] the best price; and two, [they provide] the best care for your plane,” said Jim McIrvin, Embraer Phenom 100/300 Mentor Pilot and Boeing 737 Captain at a major U.S. airline.
