We are excited to once again host our Annual Open House and Fly-In benefiting Down Syndrome Indiana (DSI) at Indianapolis Executive Airport in Zionsville on Saturday, June 19, 2021. We are working closely with the local health departments to ensure the event is safe to attend and all COVID precautions/measures are in place. We are seeking sponsors to help us raise money for DSI, an organization that is close to our hearts.
The mission of the Annual Open House and Fly-in is to introduce the community to the excitement and wonder of aviation, while raising funds for Down Syndrome Indiana. The family-friendly event features an open house, airplane rides, aircraft on display, helicopter candy drop, Kids Zone, Warbirds, helicopters, food trucks and more! We generally have around 4,000 – 5,0000 people from Hamilton, Boone and Marion Counties in attendance.
As always, the focus of the day is to raise money for a great cause, DSI, an organization that is truly making a difference in the lives of those living with Down Syndrome. DSI uses these funds for programs to help individuals with Down Syndrome achieve independence and inclusion in their community.
Last year, we unfortunately had to cancel the event due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Our event has become one of DSI’s most important fundraisers over the years. As you can imagine, cancelling the event last year left a large gap in funding for their programs.
Please review the Sponsorship Package and fill out the Sponsorship Commitment Form. All sponsorship funds and proceeds are given directly to DSI. In return for your sponsorship, your organization will receive valuable marketing opportunities to have your name included on/in signage, event programs, social media and more.
