First Wing Jet Center Completes First-in-type Gogo Avance Installations

First Wing Jet Center, in collaboration with parent company Eagle Creek Aviation, has completed the first installations of a Gogo AVANCE L3 in a Beechcraft Premier and a Gogo AVANCE L5 in a CJ3+. Gogo Business Aviation’s AVANCE L3 and L5 systems enable connectivity for passengers and pilots across most aircraft types from turboprops to heavy-iron aircraft. The AVANCE platform combines proprietary hardware and software technology to enable a fully integrated, aviation-grade connectivity and entertainment experience.

“First Wing Jet Center is becoming known as a full-service maintenance facility capable of handling anything from small to mid-size cabin jets,” said Matt Hagans, CEO and Founder of the Eagle Creek Family of Companies. “As one of the busiest general aviation airports in Indiana, we felt it was important to invest in our maintenance facility and team in order to give our customers the benefit of having all of their maintenance done where they are based. It improves productivity for our customers and provides them with cost savings, which is a true benefit to business jet operators.”

In addition to the recent Beechcraft Premier and CJ3+, the Eagle Creek Family of Companies has installed the new Gogo AVANCE L3 and L5 systems in numerous Citation Excels and Phenom 300s.

“We’re thrilled to partner with First Wing Jet Center and Eagle Creek Aviation to bring connectivity and inflight entertainment to its travelers,” said David Salvador, Vice President of Aftermarket Sales, Gogo Business Aviation. “Our AVANCE L3 and L5 systems are transforming the industry, providing connectivity to aircraft of all sizes within business aviation.”

“The addition of the Gogo AVANCE systems to our maintenance and avionics capabilities builds on our years of experience installing the Gogo ATG Wi-Fi system, AeroWave and SwiftBroadband in Citations and Embraer Phenoms,” said Hagans. “We are proud to be able to offer these services to our customers and intend to continue to expand our offerings.”
