Disney Institute is bringing its renowned professional development course, Disney’s Approach to Business Excellence, to Boone County on Thursday, March 17, 2022, at First Wing Jet Center located at The Indianapolis Executive Airport. Organized by the Boone County Chamber, the one-day event will help regional business and community members begin to understand the power of leadership values, discover how customer loyalty can be established, and gain insight into how organizational culture is strengthened. Participants gain an awareness of the systems and processes that can make exceptional customer service achievable and learn how to integrate personal creativity and organizational processes to support continuous improvement within their organization.
This day of Disney Institute training uses business insights and time-tested examples from Disney parks and resorts to inspire individuals and organizations to enhance their own customer experience using Disney principles as their guide.
Interested attendees can register at an early bird rate of $399.00 for Boone County Chamber members and $499.00 for non-chamber members, through February 28, 2022. Ticket price includes all materials and lunch. Beginning March 1, 2022, registration is $450.00 for Boone County Chamber members and $550.00 for non-chamber members.
