COVID-19: An Important Message from Our CEO

To our valued customers,

There is no higher priority to our entire Eagle Creek Family than the safety of our customers and employees. 

We have been proactively monitoring the impact of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) and are implementing measures to protect the health and safety of our people, our customers, as well as the communities that we serve.

We assure each of you that all our companies: Eagle Creek Aviation (EYE), First Wing Jet Center (TYQ and FKR), First Wing Charter & Management, and First Wing Flight are carefully following the guidelines and directives from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and industry experts.

As always, we hold ourselves to strict standard operating procedures regarding cleanliness and have implemented increased protocols to ensure all cleanliness and preventative efforts are followed. Our aircraft and each of our facilities are being thoroughly cleaned and disinfected in accordance with the guidelines of the CDC and the World Health Organization. Aircraft, specifically, are being disinfected with products approved or recommended for that purpose by the major aircraft manufacturers.

Additionally, our pilots and staff are following CDC guidelines on social distancing, handwashing, covering coughs, etc. We have communicated to our teams that their jobs are secure in the event that they need to be quarantined. We are encouraging them to stay home if they are experiencing any symptoms in order to protect themselves and others.     

First Wing Charter and Management

We are taking enhanced measures to thoroughly clean all of our Charter aircraft prior to each scheduled flight. Each aircraft is equipped with disinfectant-grade products for flight crews to perform postflight and preflight cleanings, in addition to deep cabin cleanings for aircraft managed by our Management Team. The disinfectant products we use are hospital grade and EPA approved products endorsed by the aircraft OEMs.

FBOs and Maintenance Facilities

At our Flight Terminals and in our Aircraft Service Centers, we are implementing enhanced cleaning processes at each of our 4 locations. We are working with our contracted cleaning companies and staff to disinfect all touched surfaces regularly, in addition to our thorough daily/nightly cleaning process. For aircraft undergoing maintenance, we are using the same cleaning process to disinfect the aircraft prior to delivery. The disinfectant products used are hospital grade and EPA approved products endorsed by the major aircraft manufacturers.

First Wing Flight

We are also taking enhanced measures to thoroughly clean all of our flight school aircraft before and after each scheduled lesson. Each aircraft is equipped with disinfectant-grade products for our line service team to perform postflight and preflight cleanings.
