Last year, First Wing Jet Center was named one of the Midwest’s Top FBOs in Aviation International News’ (AIN) Pilot Survey. We’d love to hear about your experience with our FBOs again by participating in the 2020 Pilot Survey.
AIN is asking pilots to update and give new ratings for FBOs they had visited in the preceding 12 months. The survey asks them to evaluate FBOs they visited the previous year in five categories: line service; passenger amenities; pilot amenities; facilities; and customer service representatives (CSRs).
By sharing your experiences, you can help make AIN’s FBO Survey an indispensable resource for yourself and your fellow subscribers – and have a chance to win a $500* Amazon gift card.
To take the survey, follow these easy steps:
- Login with your previously created username and password OR create an AINonline.com account
- Edit or affirm the scores you have given FBOs in prior years. To provide input for our locations, take the survey for First Wing Jet Center at TYQ and FKR and Eagle Creek Aviation at EYE.
The survey should take about 5-10 minutes, depending on the number of FBOs you have visited. Take the survey here.
