The JAVU program is a unique collaboration between Jet Access and Vincennes University, combining expert flight training with an accredited college education. Students can earn multiple FAA certifications and an associate’s degree, while logging 264 flight hours, all within five semesters.

Students enrolled in JAVU are eligible for federal student aid, making this high-quality aviation training even more accessible and affordable. New cohorts start each Fall and Spring semester at Vincennes University, giving you flexibility to begin your training at a time that works best for you.

These certifications open the door to professional flying opportunities, from private charter to airline careers.

Students who complete the JAVU program will earn an online associate degree in Aviation Flight from Vincennes University. But the opportunities don’t stop there. Through a 2+2 partnership with Purdue University, graduates can transfer directly into Purdue’s Bachelor’s Degree program in Aeronautical Technology with a management focus.

This structure means you can complete both your associate and bachelor’s degrees in just four years, while simultaneously building the certifications and flight time you need to launch a professional aviation career.

Graduates of the JAVU program are not only prepared for professional pilot careers, but they are also eligible for hiring as flight instructors with Jet Access.

Becoming a Certified Flight Instructor (CFI) allows you to build additional flight hours, gain valuable teaching experience, and get paid while advancing your aviation career, all within the same professional environment where you trained. After building additional flight hours, you have the opportunity to work for Jet Access in the charter department.
